"This information if for my Geriatric quiz on Weds; I'll be home doing some more incredible work....let me know how your pregnancy goes during this semester....
also page me if you are going to need me sometime in this semester."
I laughed at several things. 1. That he called it "incredible work." 2. That's he's thinking he really won't be around much during this semester and 3. Since when does anyone get "paged" anymore?
After I laughed, I really did feel sorry for him. Not that this isn't what he wants to be doing, but just that he already seems so down about it. Here are some major lessons we are learning through this.
1. First year is hard, but second year is harder...in a different way.
2. The amount of reading Husband has to do for a 5 question quiz is CRA-to-the-ZY!!! IF you miss even 1 you get an 80! That just doesn't seem fair in any world.
3. Having a homemade lunch really does help Husband. He calls me everyday to say thanks for his sammich and tells me that is helps him feel more connected to Little Man and me while he's at school.
4. Rotations are just around the corner! We can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!
Now, if Aug 30 would just hurry up and get here so we could find out if it's pink or blue! Then I'd have something else to focus on!
