10 Things I haven't done since Husband finished 1st year (approximately 48 hours ago)

1.  Taken out the trash.
2.  Made the bed.
3.  Gotten up early to make his lunch.
4.  Cooked. At all.
5.  Taken or picked up Little Man from school. (oh how nice it is...).
6.  Done dishes (yes, Husband has done that too!)
7.  Woke up and thought "What class, test, quiz, paper, project, meeting, or event does Husband have today?"
8.  Worried about gas prices!! (Husband drives 76 miles a day to and from school so gas prices are a Big.Freaking.Deal in our house).
9.  Had to explain to a 5 year old that Daddy can't play right now because he has to study (this has to be my favorite!!)
10.  Dreaded the long weekend without Husband!

It's almost the weekend and we have BIG FAMILY PLANS that include (but are not limited to) a local festival (insert prayer for beautiful weather), dinner with friends on Friday AND Saturday, Saturday matinee movie, church (as a family!), and a whole lotta catching up on play time!  I'm more excited than a kid on Christmas morning who wants (and is getting) a puppy!
