Dear Husband: Day 1 of Finals

Dear Husband: 
Today is the first of your last finals as a PA-S 1! I'm sending you bravery against the big bad PHARMOCOLOGY! You are so much stronger than the drugs you have learned about! If you don't know one of the answers just write in "TYLENOL." I always think it fixes most problems.

    Yeh, well Tylenol its given trade name, does not have any anti-inflammatory properties, although it is very well suited as an analgesic and anti-pyretic. Aspirin on the otherhand is well suited to reduce an inflammatory responce and reduce pain since it inhibits PGE2 pathway that sensitizes the nerve endings. Or I could just take a Glucocoriticosteroid to truly reduce and inflammatory responce since these meds inhibit PGE2 AND PGI2...no inflammation..no pain...I'm just saying!!!!
