Me: "Little Man, are you excited about summer camp?"
Little Man: "Yes, Mom. It's going to be SO COOL!"
Me: "What are you going to say to new people who you make friends with?"
Little Man: "I'm going to say 'Hi, my name is Little Man. Do you want to play with me?"
Me: "That's right! And what if you see another kid who might be sad because they miss their mom or dad. What will you say to help them feel better?"
Little Man: "I'll tell them to 'suck it up and shore it up.'"
OH NO! He is his fathers' son! Husband has obviously been doing a little prepping of his own!!!
